Items in the Final Sale priced £42 or less are non-returnable 

We hope you love your online purchases from Red Footwear. However, if they are not quite right then we are happy to offer you a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

If the order is a 'click & collect' order this is 14days from the order date.

We will refund the product price but unfortunately we are unable to refund ANY postage costs.

Stating Name, Order Number & Reason for Return.

We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit. This is your proof should any returned items go missing and should be kept in a safe place until you have received your refund.

We ask that you take extra care when you are trying on your shoes at home. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange and items that are altered or damaged in any way. Please ensure that any items that need to be returned are unworn, in their original condition and packaging. 

We will do our utmost to ensure that the quality of all orders meet the high standards that our customers expect. However we are unable to guarantee that shoes despatched will be 'box fresh' i.e. they may have been tried on by customers in our shop.

Store Bought Returns:

Any FULL PRICE items bought instore can be returned for a refund within 7days or an exchange /credit note within 14days
